Team Locum are supporting an independent optical client based near Camden in Central London.

They are seeking a permanent Practice Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. You would need to be flexible to work their opening days which include Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice, providing exceptional service to customers, and overseeing daily activities. While management experience is preferred, it is not essential—an ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in the optical field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a managerial position within a supportive environment.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in an optical setting within the UK
• Knowledge of optical products and services.
• Experience with dispensing of some frames
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
