We’re working with a highly respected national wealth management firm that’s offering a structured and supportive transition for those looking to move from technical or support roles into advising. You’ll join an established office and benefit from hands-on mentoring, with access to an existing client base.
The Required Skills:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum; ideally with SPS or near-CAS readiness)
- Previous experience in a paraplanning, client support, or associate adviser role
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Comfortable giving desk-based advice via Teams, phone, and email
- Confident communicator who’s had exposure to client meetings or client-facing scenarios
- Target-driven with a desire to build lasting client relationships and progress into full advice
