The Required Skills:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum; ideally with SPS or near-CAS readiness)
  • Previous experience in a paraplanning, client support, or associate adviser role
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Comfortable giving desk-based advice via Teams, phone, and email
  • Confident communicator who’s had exposure to client meetings or client-facing scenarios
  • Target-driven with a desire to build lasting client relationships and progress into full advice
