Junior eFX Relationship Manager

SGX CurrencyNode is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior eFX Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in London.

This role involves collaborating with Sales and supporting the Head of eFX Liquidity to develop and maintain a profitable, client-focused Global FX Franchise.

The ideal candidate will learn to develop strong relationships within the electronic FX Market, optimise high-volume FX Matching to enhance market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage flow and risk developments in the SGX OTC Market Venue in London and Singapore during London and New York trading hours.
• Engage with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored information and propose value add solutions.
• Ensure efficient flow matching in both London and Singapore during trading hours.
• Build strong relationships within the local FX industry to stay abreast of industry developments and increase market share.

Key Competencies:

• High communication and statistical skills.
• Desire to learn market operations and factors influencing liquidity and volatility.
• Understand various roles in the FX market, including prime brokers, real money, banks, execution brokers, and liquidity providers.
• High confidence to learn and grasp in FX products, GUI/API workflows, and local treatment in G20 and NDF currencies.
• Interest in IT, programming aspects of electronic trading and the ability to accumulate business knowledge that can translate to Products, Project Managers, and Developers.
• Strong interest in FX market structure and trading venues.
