The role is primarily home-based with travel to customer sites across the UK. Embrace Talent is once again delighted to be partnering with Mayekawa, a global leader in sustainable industrial refrigeration, renowned for its pioneering work with ammonia-based systems and natural refrigerants, in the search for a National Account Manager to join their expanding UK team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take ownership of a national role within a company at the forefront of innovation in industrial refrigeration. You’ll work with cutting-edge compressor technology, contribute to high-profile UK projects, and play a key role in driving the company’s next phase of growth.
In this role, you will take the lead on UK customer and contractor engagement, acting as the technical and commercial link between clients, contractors, and international factory teams. You’ll play a key part in designing smarter solutions, securing new projects, and driving national growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with key UK customers through regular site visits and technical support
- Select compressors and prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations
- Support contractors with design input and respond to new project enquiries
- Act as the UK liaison for global factory teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution
- Lead and shape the national sales strategy to grow market presence and revenue
- Direct experience with ammonia-based industrial refrigeration systems
- Strong technical knowledge, able to support early-stage design and solution development
- Proactive, organised, and confident in building long-term customer relationships
- Background in technical sales, project engineering, or industrial refrigeration support
- Degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, but your hands-on knowledge matters more
