Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled WPF Expert with a deep understanding of UI performance optimization and troubleshooting in high-performance environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing, profiling, and resolving performance bottlenecks in complex WPF applications.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve performance issues in WPF-based user interfaces.
Optimize rendering pipelines, data binding, and visual tree for responsive, low-latency UI.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and UI/UX teams to improve overall application performance.
Utilize tools like Visual Studio Profiler, WPF Performance Suite, and memory profilers for diagnostics.
Implement best practices in UI architecture and asynchronous programming.
Contribute to code reviews and performance-related documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in software development, with extensive hands-on expertise in WPF and XAML.
Deep understanding of MVVM architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with WPF, XAML, MVVM architecture.
Expertise in performance tuning and profiling WPF UIs.
Solid understanding of .NET (C#), multithreading, and memory management.
Familiarity with GPU/CPU rendering behaviors and UI virtualization techniques.
Proficient with debugging tools and performance profilers.
