RTB & NTP Manager (Ready to Build / Notice to Proceed)

RTB & NTP Manager (Ready to Build / Notice to Proceed) Leap29 have a fantastic opportunity which is available, to oversee the projects through Ready to Build and Notice to proceed, as well as Pre-construction activities. This will include Procurement, Engineering, Interacting with ICP / DNO, buying projects to deliver and interacting between Development and Construction phases. RTB – Approving all pre-construction requirements. Securing permitting approvals, land rights, grid connection agreement, technical design, financing, PPA’s, Procurement and Planning as well as Investment approval. NTP – a formal milestone in project development when the client or project owner gives the contractor or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firm the official go-ahead to begin execution of the project. Finalising permits and Interconnection agreement, land access, securing financing and issuing the NTP. My client have a strong pipeline of both greenfield and co-development activities across the UK for utility scale solar. The position is available on remote basis (UK based).
