Clinical Lead Nurse – RGN Brentwood GOOD CQC £60,924 per annum I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse to work as a Clinical Lead for a leading care provider within their reputable care home in Brentwood. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the home and assist the management team in running and shaping the home's brand new nursing unit! The home is a 70 bedded elderly and dementia residential care home that has been rated good consistently in all 5 areas by the CQC. As the Clinical Lead Nurse your role will be supernumerary (8am-5pm) with some flexibility. You will work alongside the management team to shape and develop the new unit as well as to support the multi-discipliniary staff team and ensure that person-centred care is delivered throughout the home.
