What you\’ll do:We are seeking a proactive, hands-onTech Ops Engineerfor a fixed-term 6-month contract to support our internal IT operations. You will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems, devices, and infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their IT career in a dynamic environment. You will need to travel to our HQ in Hammersmith and Warehouse in Wembley, London. Work across our HQ in Hammersmith and Warehouse in Wembley, London Assist with IT operations, ensuring systems and devices function securely and efficiently Provideon-site IT supportfor hardware, software, and network issues Helpset up and maintainWindows and Mac laptops, ensuring security and lifecycle tracking Supportautomation of IT workflowsthrough basic scripting and configuration Assist inuser onboarding and offboarding , ensuring smooth IT setup and access management MaintainIT asset registers, access logs, and documentation Monitor system performance andtroubleshoot technical issues Providebasic IT security supportto ensure compliance with security policies Collaborate with senior IT staff onvendor and supplier management Respond to IT service desk requests and escalate issues as needed Requirements1-2 yearsexperience in IT support or junior IT administration Basic knowledge ofWindows and Mac systems ; experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Hexnode) is a plus Some experience withscripting (PowerShell, Bash)is beneficial but not essential Understanding ofbasic networking conceptsand troubleshooting Eager tolearn and developIT skills in a hands-on environment Strongproblem-solving abilitiesand proactive attitude Ability todocument processesclearly and maintain IT records Effective communication skills for collaboration Familiarity withISO 27001 or IT security best practicesis a plus but not required How we workWeempowereveryone to takeownershipand responsibility for their role.
