We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to join us at TGF to work with our amazing clients 1 day per week (4 days per month).
Working under our Head of Performance Marketing, duties will include:
- Community Management
- Proactive engagement across client brand channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest as relevant)
- Timely moderation of comments, DMs, and mentions, flagging any escalations.
- Platform Expertise & Organic Strategy
- Advise on platform trends, format testing, and engagement opportunities
- Support development of channel-specific growth tactics (e.g. TikTok hooks, Pinterest SEO, LinkedIn B2B voice)
- Creative Briefing
- Writing content briefs per week as needed for internal or client-side creative teams, covering visual direction, tone, and CTAs
- Contribute to monthly or campaign-specific content planning when required
- Brand & Tone Alignment
- Ensure all planned and reactive social output aligns with client brand guidelines, tone of voice, and performance goals
- Client & Team Collaboration
- Join internal status or content planning calls
- Provide weekly Slack/email updates summarising progress, priorities, and next steps
