Associate – M&A Advisory | LondonWe’re hiring on behalf of a highly regarded M&A Advisory firm in London, seeking a talented Associate to join their growing team.The firm advises on high-impact mid-market transactions across various sectors, offering hands-on exposure, strong deal flow, and a close-knit team culture.Your Responsibilities:Lead financial analysis, valuation, and modelling for live and prospective dealsPrepare client presentations and investment materialsConduct market and strategic research to support business developmentDrive due diligence processes and manage third-party advisorsWork closely with senior team members and clients throughout the deal cycleWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years of experience in M&A and Investment Banking.Solid technical skills in financial modeling and transaction executionStrong academic track record in finance, economics, or related fieldsExcellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationshipsProactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong attention to detail
