Job Description BCMGlobal Mortgage Services are seeking a Loan Administrator to join our Primary Servicing Team. In this role, you will manage various loan portfolios on behalf of our clients, performing a range of post-completion loan servicing activities in line with service level agreements, procedures, and current legislation. As a Loan Administrator, you will be expected to provide exceptional service, ensuring we always treat customers fairly and deliver the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities: – Oversee post-completion loan servicing activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs, procedures, and relevant legislation. – Work across a range of loan portfolios for clients including banks, specialist lenders, and private equity funds. – Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a fair and empathetic approach. – Handle sensitive customer conversations with professionalism and empathy. – Work as part of a collaborative team to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements. Desirable Skills and Experience: – Previous experience in the mortgage/lending industry. – Basic knowledge of buy-to-let mortgages and specialist finance in the UK. – Understanding of applicable regulations governing the financial services industry. – Customer service experience. – Knowledge of the loan redemption process. – Industry-recognised qualifications.
