Position: Senior Designer
Reporting to: Head of Creative
Location Base: Hybrid (office location is in Chiswick, London)

Overview:
As an experienced, forward-thinking designer, you will deliver innovative creative that gets people excited about exploring the world. Day to day, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and act as a support for other designers and video creators in the team. You should have at least 7 years of experience, from a creative agency or client side, willing to follow tight briefs when necessary, however also be able to use your creative flair to help take Global Touring brands to the next level.
Strong organisational skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, exceptional communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key player in the design and video space, leading and delivering brochures, edms, merchandise, marketing campaigns, and sales collateral through video, animation, print, and online assets.
- Receive briefs in an agency-style manner; you’ll be well rehearsed at interrogating, understanding the WHY, and delivering quality work to deadline.
- Your designs will be targeted, inspirational, and actionable, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience across key touch points by way of design.
- Work closely and collaborate with content, product, marketing, sales, web, and experience teams on various tasks.
- Manage in-house (and ad-hoc freelance) designers, video editors, and producers, providing both daily support and long-term career development. This includes quality checking outputs and ensuring all content adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts according to brief requirements and business objectives, presenting back to the wider team and sharing with the wider business.
- Take lead on projects with an enthusiastic and positive manner even when under pressure to deliver heavy workloads.
- Have a solid understanding of how copy, design, and video work together, resulting in work that meets the highest of quality standards.
- Ability and experience to interpret and deliver against briefs from varied stakeholders.
- Have a proactive nature, taking initiative and pushing boundaries to drive positive impactful change both in visuals and processes.
- Incorporate innovative creative techniques, styles, and technologies into projects to keep marketing materials fresh, engaging, and competitive whilst remaining on brand.
Experience, Requirements and Key Behaviours
- 7+ years experience in a design role.
- Reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional design skills with impeccable attention to detail and no tolerance for poor image or video selection.
- Able to take and action feedback, rejection, and constructive criticism – as well as being able to back your own ideas.
- Ability to design with speed, accuracy, and creative flair with equal excitement to produce for both of our brands.
- Problem solver with a positive attitude and self-initiative.
- Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
- High level of technical ability with experience designing across multi-channels (print and digital) efficiently.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and program updates.
