Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare key management information and analytical reports to support informed decision-making within the Consumer Channel, focusing on E-commerce performance.
- Lead the monthly forecasting and reporting processes, including communicating risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.
- Assist the Commercial Channel in developing business cases for promotions and initiatives, and produce thorough post-promotion reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication regarding financial and commercial concerns.
- Gain a deep understanding of the E-commerce channel; proactively analyse trends to identify opportunities and support actionable solutions.
- Support the annual budget process for E-commerce, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Expectations:
- Part-qualified or currently working towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; eagerness to develop further analytical capabilities.
- Experience using analytical software such as Qlik Sense/Cube is advantageous.
