Investment Committee Members – Private Markets | Sustainable Wealth GroupLocation:Global (London preferred / Remote for international members) Type:Part-Time / Advisory | Paid Per Meeting + Long-Term Incentive Structure + Optional Co-InvestmentAbout Sustainable Wealth GroupSustainable Wealth Group (SWG)is a technology-first, AI-driven investment platform and one-to-one service connecting family offices, UHNWI, and sophisticated investors with exclusive, purpose-led opportunities inVenture Capital, Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Assets .As part of theSustainable Group of Companies,which includes investment, media, and tech arms, we are building a global private markets brand centred around thetriple bottom line: Profit, People, and the Planet .We are now forming ourfounding Investment Committeeto lead our capital allocation governance, refine our investment thesis, and help us scale to a£250 million enterprisewith operations expanding into the UK, Middle East, US, and Asia.The OpportunityAs an Investment Committee (IC) member at SWG, you will serve as a key voice in evaluating and approving investment opportunities sourced through our platform, helping shape a next-generation investment model that balances returns with real-world impact.You’ll work closely with ourChief Investment Officer, CEO, and Board , bringing your credibility, judgement, and experience to our capital deployment strategy as we scale our platform globally.Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking4–5 exceptional individualswith investment depth and real-world entrepreneurial experience across one or more of the following areas:Venture Capital– Seed to Series B Private Equity– Growth, Buyout, Secondaries Private Credit / Direct Lending– SME, Sustainable Infrastructure Real Assets– Real Estate, Energy, Climate, Built Environment, Food Systems Sector Experts– AI, Sustainability, Deeptech, Agtech, Materials Science, Buildings, Infrastructure, Engineering, FMCG, Technology, (we currently align with the UN\’s Sustainable Development Goals)Ideal candidates haveBuilt, exited, or backed successful companies or funds Deep experience incapital markets or institutional investing A passion forpurpose-led investingand ESG integration The judgement to help SWG scale with integrity, insight, and impactRole ResponsibilitiesReview investment opportunities pre-selected by SWG’s CIO and deal team Apply domain expertise to assess risk, growth, and alignment with SWG’s thesis Participate inbi-weekly or monthly IC meetings(virtual or in-person) Help define, iterate and uphold ourinvestment frameworks and governance Provide mentorship to the investment team and act as a thought leader where appropriate Support SWG in external credibility, co-investor conversations, and fund-building effortsIncentives & InvolvementPaid per meeting or a quarterly retainer structure Optional opportunity toco-invest personally in select dealsvia the SWG platform We value ‘skin in the game’ and alignment, but co-investment is entirely optional Must be eligible under FSMA (HNW/Sophisticated Investor) Potential for carry-style incentives or equity-linked participation over timeWhat You’ll GetA front-row seat in building a high-impact, high-performance global investment platform Direct influence over a portfolio strategy aimed at long-term sustainable returns A flexible, high-level advisory role with a highly credible team Access to aligned deal flow, networks, and insight across global private marketsHow to Express InterestIf you\’re ready to help shape the next chapter of private markets with a platform that fuses purpose, performance, and technology.
