Position Overview
As Monster Energy EMEA continues to evolve, so does its strategic focus on IT excellence. We are now hiring an IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist to join the team at the EMEA HQ in London. Working within the Business Capability Function, and reporting directly to the Senior Manager – EMEA Technical Services, this hands-on role is critical in ensuring the resilience, security, and compliance of Monster’s EMEA IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM and endpoint security (EDR) for threats or system anomalies.
- Proactively respond to, investigate, and escalate any infrastructure, security, or service disruptions.
- Maintain health of key infrastructure components (on-prem, cloud, and network environments).
- Manage cloud and physical backups, perform hands-on troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Support incident response and coordinate with global and local technical teams.
- Collate up-to-date threat intelligence and assess global cybersecurity risks.
- Embed security principles across EMEA and support internal audits and risk assessments.
- Lead and contribute to R&D on emerging technologies and CI initiatives.

You’re a passionate technologist with a sharp security mindset, ready to help scale and safeguard Monster’s infrastructure. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly collaborative, and are confident making decisions under pressure.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or relevant formal qualification in Computer Science or IT.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SC-200, AZ-500, CompTIA, GIAC.
- Strong experience with:
- LAN/WAN, routing protocols, and data centre support
- Azure, Office 365, Intune, on-prem infrastructure
- Incident handling frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)
- Endpoint detection and response (EDR), SIEM tools
