BC AL Developer – Healthcare Tech – Remote (UK)

£55,000 – £65,000 | Permanent | Microsoft Gold Partner environment

We’re working with a market-leading provider of healthcare-focused tech solutions, looking to add a BC AL Developer to their high-performing team.

You’ll work on complex Business Central projects, own the development lifecycle, and be hands-on with AL/CAL upgrades, extensions, and modern tooling (DevOps/GitHub). An opportunity to shape meaningful solutions within a Microsoft-first environment.

Essential experience:

✔️ Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV/BC (NAV 2016+)

✔️ Proven C/AL to AL migration skills

✔️ Microsoft Partner experience essential

✔️ Comfortable producing technical specs & clear documentation

✔️ Confident with DevOps, Git, APIs and SQL
