Full time Office Manager required for our West End based Media client. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager, with experience running a busy office. The role will be based on site 5 days per week and you will be the 'go to' person in the office. The role is expected to start at the beginning of July and run for an estimated 6 months.
As a priority you will:
- Organise events, assist HR with onboarding and assist Reception with greeting guests
- Work alongside facilities and the company PA's to ensure meeting room set ups
- Help with office administration/coordination
To be successful you will need:
- Enjoy being social and building rapport with people
- Experience working in a globally structured business
- 3 years plus of Office Management experience
