We are working with a respected and growing mechanical contractor known for delivering high-quality fast-track office fit out projects across London. With project values ranging from Β£100,000 to Β£2.5M and durations typically between 12β40 weeks, they are looking to bring on board a Mechanical Site Supervisor / Manager to take the lead on-site and ensure smooth, safe delivery. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone from a mechanical trade background (e.g. plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC) with some supervision or managerial experience to join a business that is well known for progressing their staff through, supporting them to move up within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day supervision of site activities across multiple fast-track projects
- Oversee long-standing subcontractors and ensure work is progressing to programme
- Carry out daily site walks, toolbox talks, H&S monitoring and quality inspections
- Coordinate with the project team to support smooth delivery
- Ensure compliance with all RAMS, health & safety procedures and QA systems
- Act as the main point of contact on site, reporting into the Project Manager
