Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of baristas, wait staff, and kitchen personnel.
- Monitor and manage inventory, food costs, and wastage.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance in line with industry standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or cafe/restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- We trade from 10am until 12:30am Sunday – Thursday and 1:30am Friday & Saturday. Please be flexible to work until these times if necessary.
