This is a fixed term appointment for 1 year. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.Your Skills And Attributes For SuccessWe are looking for individuals who like working in a vibrant environment.Educated to HND level, or equivalent related experience (previous relevant work experience, or broad experience). Knowledge of and sensitivity to the complex areas of student support. Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to remain calm and centre the needs of the student, being able to provide a safe and welcoming space for students. Experience of working independently and as part of the team to prioritiseworkloads.
