Hours: Monday Friday 9:00am 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break (3 days in the office, 2 working from home)
The Client are looking for a PR Manager to join their small, engaged and forward-thinking team.
The company has ambitious growth plans and runs a large number of high-profile marketing campaigns and a strong programme of new product development.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting press releases and creative pitches.
- Proactive media relations handling press enquiries proactively, quickly and with attention to detail.
- Monitoring and saving editorial coverage and regularly informing relevant teams of coverage.
- Supporting the PR agency with product orders and organising photo shoots.
- Supporting on creative mailers and mass mail outs.
- Admin support including post, reports, stock management and deliveries.
- Supporting at exhibitions and events and data analysis support.
- Presentation support and monitoring/collating competitor activity.
- Supporting the social media team with sample requests, scheduling content and copy writing
Requirements:
- A keen interest in the health and wellbeing industry (preferable but not required: strong knowledge of the media and influencer landscape).
- Ability to work across different brands and projects and with various agencies and suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills and someone who has a positive and can-do attitude. Creative and quick thinking, with an excellent attention to detail and fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
- Takes initiative and communicates clearly and efficiently with internal and external key stake holders.
