We are hiring for a Director/VP of Data & AI for our client in the digital health tech space.This position is based in the UAE, offering an attractive Tax Free salary.Key Responsibilities:Oversee data engineering, data science, and ML teamsImplement scalable data pipelines for real-world healthcare dataDrive data governance, compliance, and ethical AI practicesCollaborate with clinical and business leaders to inform product decisionsDefine metrics to measure AI impact and model performanceDevelop and execute data & AI strategy across the product portfolioRequirements: 10 to 15+ years in data/analytics; 5 to 7+ years in leadershipHands-on expertise with modern data stack and ML platformsExperience in working with healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, wearables)Familiarity with international HIPAA, GDPR, and health data standardsStrong stakeholder management in high-growth settingsDegree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline*This role will require relocation to UAE, relocation support is provided
