- 12+ years of Python Development experience, ideally experience in distributed systems
- Deep systems architecture experience
- Performance Engineering experience
- Technical Leadership experience
- Track record of building systems that handle millions of operations with sub second response times
- Background with AI/ML platforms
- Regulated industry experience
