Role – Admin Assistant Location – Heysham Pay rate – £19.80 per hour Hours – 24 hours per week, Office based Our client, one of the UK\’s leading energy providers, is looking for a Admin Assistant to join their training team to support them with routine activities associated with compliance and systematic approach to training and for the varies training committees on-site at a Power Station in Heysham. As an admin assistant, you will support the training team with booking students onto initial training and other admin duties. Main Tasks / Duties Responsibilities Admin Support (including training committees) Accountability and management reporting Learning Centre facilitator Co-ordinate Programmes. Technical Competencies Routine activities within PMIS (toolkit and Core) and Learning Management Support the training team with routine activities associated with the compliance and the systematic approach to training (SAT) and for the various Training Committees. Role responsibilities Setting up training events Inputting group training sheets Updating Personal development records Updating contractor details entering data onto the systems Schedule meetings and minute taking in the meetings, circulate minutes of meetings to committee members Produce reports as and when required by the training department when requested by others Co-ordinate student bookings and enrolments, oversee students through their training Use effective communication skills when liaising with members of the training department and customers on behalf of the training function. Experience and Skills Good Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
