About the Job:
We are seeking a Spa Attendant to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing professional spa services with attention to detail and promptness.
- Maintaining cleanliness and standards across assigned areas, including during refurbishment works.
- Adhering to work schedules and communicating promptly if unable to complete tasks.
- Reporting incidents, equipment issues, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Flexibility to perform additional duties and assist in other departments as needed to meet business and guest service needs.
- Attending training sessions and meetings as required.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in 5-star luxury properties, preferably in London.
- Strong teamwork skills and professionalism in guest and colleague interactions.
- Preopening or opening experience is desirable.
- Previous experience as a Spa Attendant is advantageous.
- An excellent eye for detail to ensure immaculate presentation in a luxury environment.
