🚨 Training & Competence Supervisor – Remote-Based🚨

3 months contract | Immediate Start Preferred

£375 day rate

A financial services business is looking for a confident, experienced T&C Supervisor to join the team on a contract basis. This is a remote position with some travel required, supporting Advisers to uphold high standards of quality and risk oversight.

You will do:

✔ Deliver T&C supervision in line with internal frameworks and FCA expectations

✔ Work closely with Practice Supervisors to ensure effective engagement and oversight

✔ Lead on identifying and addressing risks, root causes, and remedial actions

✔ Promote high standards of conduct, competence, and positive customer outcomes

✔ Use MI and data to focus supervision efforts and prioritise emerging risk areas

✔ Own your planning, execution, and reporting of supervision activities

You will bring:

✅ Level 4 qualification (DipFA/DipPFS)

✅ Strong working knowledge of FCA T&C requirements and broader regulatory expectations

✅ Experience supervising advisers, providing clear technical guidance and constructive challenge

✅ Ability to interpret trends in data and MI to shape proactive supervision plans

✅ Confident communication and the ability to influence positively at all levels

✅ A self-managed approach with the ability to travel where required
