A fast-scaling RegTech startup is looking for a Senior Product Owner to help shape and scale its next-generation regulatory change management platform, powered by GenAI and automation. Backed by a major global bank and already working with several high-profile financial institutions, the company combines startup agility with enterprise-grade ambition and infrastructure.

Currently operating in stealth mode, the company is preparing for public launch with a strong client pipeline and a high-calibre technical team.

The Role

The Senior Product Owner will join at a pivotal point, transitioning the platform from MVP to a fully commercial enterprise solution. Reporting into the leadership team, this person will own the product roadmap, collaborate closely with engineering, and drive feature development that aligns with client needs and business goals.

This is a rare opportunity to take true ownership in an environment where product vision, user feedback, and cutting-edge tech intersect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and evolution from MVP to scale
• Collaborate daily with engineering and leadership to deliver intuitive, high-performing features
• Own the product roadmap and shape its execution based on client feedback and data insights
• Ensure AI capabilities and workflow automation translate into real productivity outcomes
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a commitment to excellence and experimentation

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager in B2B SaaS in FinTech, RegTech, or compliance
• Technically fluent and confident working closely with engineering teams (e.g. React, Node.js, Python)
• Experience working in fast-paced startup settings with a strong focus on product-market fit
• Strong customer focus with a growth mindset and excellent communication skills
