About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Pricing Strategy – Europe to join our dynamic team and drive revenue optimization across our operations. This is a strategic leadership role focused on maximizing revenue, contribution, and market share through best-in-class organizational capabilities, data analytics, and advanced systems.

The successful candidate will lead the execution of comprehensive revenue management strategies while building and developing a high-performing team of pricing analysts and revenue managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
• Lead dynamic pricing initiatives leveraging data analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pricing analysts and managers
• Foster a data-driven culture that encourages innovation and strategic decision-making
• Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and yield optimization to drive revenue growth
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive advantage
• Present detailed revenue reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Work closely with different teams to ensure accurate model inputs, including inventory availability, demand patterns, and operational constraints
• Drive advancement of pricing models, machine learning algorithms, and revenue management systems

• Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy ( +10 years)
• Strong leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Experience with dynamic pricing models and revenue optimization
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting and yield management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
• Experience working in multi-country environments.
