We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Delivery Manager (known internally as an Operations Manager) to join our team in Stoke. This role is offered as office based. Regular travel will be required throughout the area. The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week usually Monday to Friday but 1 in 3 Saturdays are required on a rota basis with an alternative day off in lieu.
