Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for D365 CE solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, high-performance architectural solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of D365 CE architecture, ensuring integration with omnichannel capabilities, case management, and customer service automation.
