D365 Business Central Consultant - LS Retail Experience

We’re looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Consultant with a strong track record of delivering LS Retail implementations. If you\’re comfortable working across both functional and technical teams and enjoy working directly with clients to improve retail operations, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a focus on LS Retail
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide end-user training
• Collaborate with development and project teams to tailor the system to specific retail and hospitality needs
• Provide support and troubleshooting for LS Retail-related issues
• Serve as the subject matter expert on LS Retail for both internal teams and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Central Consultant
• Demonstrable experience with LS Retail implementations (at least one full project cycle)
• Strong understanding of retail processes, ideally within hospitality, fashion, or food sectors
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable:

• Experience with Power Platform or other Microsoft Dynamics modules
• Microsoft certifications related to Business Central or LS Retail
