We are working in partnership with a well-established, specialist recruitment agency that has built a strong reputation for delivering strong talent across the Supply Chain and Logistics sectors. Their consultants are true market specialists, offering tailored recruitment solutions to a wide range of clients from fast-growing SMEs to major global brands.
Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, they are now looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Manchester-based team. The Opportunity
In this role you will be building new relationships, and playing a hands-on role in matching professionals with some of the most exciting businesses in the UK. Whether you’re already working in recruitment or come from a supply chain/logistics background and want to transition into a consultative sales role, this is a genuine opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, well-established agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing, screening, client engagement, offer management, and post-placement support
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong candidate network across supply chain, procurement, and logistics disciplines
- Provide expert advice to clients on hiring strategy, market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability
- Write high-quality job adverts, conduct interviews, and manage shortlisting
- Consistently deliver a professional, consultative service that reflects our reputation in the industry
- Work collaboratively with the wider team while managing your own desk and targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment (ideally 360)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Commercially driven, target-focused, and motivated by results
- Confident, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
- A team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative environment
