Job Description

  1. Lead and manage the Compliance team, fostering a culture of regulatory awareness and adherence.
  2. Develop, implement and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
  3. Ensure the company’s operations are in full compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  4. Liaise with regulators and handle regulatory inquiries and examinations.
  5. Advise management on compliance-related issues and propose strategic solutions.
  6. Coordinate staff training on compliance matters.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Keep abreast of regulatory changes within the Property industry and ensure these are communicated effectively within the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Head of Compliance should have:

  1. A solid background in Compliance within the Investment management space.
  2. Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. A track record of successful management and resolution of regulatory matters.
  6. Ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.
