Key areas of focus include:

  • Assessing the effectiveness of existing remuneration structures in attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.
  • Recommending best practices for bonus design, including differentiated and tiered structures.
  • Exploring performance-related reward systems that are motivating, proportionate, and targeted.
  • Evaluating the feasibility of a Strategic Incentive Plan (SIP) for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and key roles.
  • Delivering externally benchmarked, affordable, and defensible options for remuneration frameworks.
