Responsibilities
- Building and presenting tailored deals to customers after qualification by the sales team.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial and insurance product regulations.
- Driving department performance through the Group\’s controlled ActiveSales process.
- Managing daily actions and engaging directly with customers in first and second-facing activities.
- Supporting colleagues in selling new and used vehicles, finance packages, warranties, paint protection, and insurance products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative.
- A full and valid UK driving licence.
