An international law firm with a strong offshore presence is looking for an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution team. This is a strategic, cross-border role supporting legal excellence and innovation across multiple jurisdictions.
About the Role:
It’s an exciting position where you’ll be at the forefront of developing and managing the firm’s knowledge infrastructure for BVI dispute resolution matters. Working closely with partners and legal teams in locations such as Hong Kong, Jersey, Guernsey, and London, you’ll ensure legal content is up-to-date, practical, and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and maintain precedents, guidance notes, and client briefings.
- Monitor and interpret legislative, case law, and regulatory developments.
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across global litigation teams, aligning knowledge strategies firmwide.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on legal developments and internal resources.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline document production using cutting-edge tools, including AI.
- Collaborate with BD, marketing, and IT to ensure legal updates and resources reach the right audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified lawyer with approx. 3+ years’ PQE, ideally in litigation or dispute resolution.
- Solid understanding of litigation – BVI experience a strong plus but not essential.
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills, with a proactive approach to legal knowledge.
- Tech-savvy, with an interest in innovation and legal tech solutions.
- Experience with legal KM systems (or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area).
