Due to a recent acquisition, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to take over a substantial existing client book valued at approximately £40M AUM. This is a rare opportunity to join a professional, client-focused team and inherit a loyal portfolio. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding service, ensuring high levels of client retention, while also identifying opportunities to organically grow the book through referrals and professional introducers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver tailored, holistic financial advice to a diverse client base in line with their individual needs and goals.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships, earning client trust and ensuring continued satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes, market trends, and best practices to ensure compliant and effective advice.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Adviser, ideally in an independent setting.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment products, and retirement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential.
