A fast-growing and well-backed fintech firm is looking for a Graduate Operations / Product Engineer to join their London office. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the Head of Execution and gain deep exposure to real-world trading infrastructure and performance analytics.

About the Role:

  • Building out product and technical specifications
  • Managing technical operations across Windows and Linux environments
  • Engaging with cloud-based infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
  • Supporting TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis) and performance analytics
  • Collaborating on trade execution workflows
  • Contributing to data analysis using SQL, Python, or R

This is not a siloed position — you’ll be at the heart of the action, learning directly from a small, focused, and collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate (or up to 2 years’ experience) in a technical, product or quantitative field
  • Familiarity with trading, futures, algorithmic execution, or TCA is a major plus
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux OS
  • Knowledge of SQL and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Exposure to data analysis tools – Python or R preferred
