My client is looking for a CRO/UX strategist with a real eye for detail to join their team. The successful candidate will be positioned within their Performance Marketing team and play a key part in helping the team achieve their strategic goals. You will be knowledgeable and results-focused, as one of the go-to individuals within the team for advice and expertise on all areas of CRO. You will liaise with internal teams, outsourcers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, timely approvals, and efficient communication of test results. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, including designers, developers and strategists to help develop client-side experiments and implement strategic customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client’s website performance looking at areas for improvement.
- Make sure tests are developed to spec, with an eye on feasibility and impact.
- Monitor/ analyse the performance of live A/B tests, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Peer code reviews, ensuring best practices /optimising for performance and reliability.
- Review and debug tracking solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assess feasibility of proposed tests, providing insights into technical and strategic implications.
- Experience managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in a digital marketing, CRO, or project strategy role.
- An understanding and improving user journeys.
- Understanding of data analytics, e.g. GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
- Make sure design and functionality consistency across various browsers/devices.
- Solid experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Google Optimize).
- Effective Communicator: Articulating complex technical findings to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Design experience with Figma and or Photoshop.
- Experience with tagging tools like Google Tag Manager.
- Some expertise/awareness with JavaScript (ES5 ES6) jQuery.
