Director - Real Estate Development Finance

Our client is an established lender in the Residential Property Development market focussing on transactions from £10million+. Backed by US Private Equity the business is set to lend at least £1billion per annum.

The company focuses on Residential Development, Green Construction, BTR Schemes, Student Accommodation and Retirement living.

As part of the continued growth plans we are now recruiting a Director to join the front office team.

You will be responsible for sourcing new deals through your own network presenting to the opportunity to the Investment Committee.

Once approved you will work closely with the credit and execution team through the process until the loan has been drawdown.
