Trainee Manufacturing Assistant

Immediate start available. Full Training provided. Due to the level of detail this would suit candidates with a carpentry / joinery skillset or a carpentry qualification looking for an entry level role.

Broad Core Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing and fabrication of stair edges and handrail units.
• Working with machinery & tools: bench saws, wall saws, pillar drills, hand power tools & adhesives.
• Maintaining a tidy workshop.

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Relevant manufacturing / production / workshop based work experience.
• Carpentry / joinery experience OR related carpentry qualification looking for an entry level job.
• Used to working with saws / hand power tools.
• Ability to read a basic technical drawing or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail.
• Practical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as a team.
