We’re partnering with a leading food manufacturer in the North West, who are looking for a talented NPD Manager to join their growing team.

The Role:

As NPD Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving new product development from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with customer expectations. You’ll be the key link between the customer and the business, building strong relationships and delivering exciting, commercially viable innovations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in NPD management within chilled food
• Strong customer-facing experience with major UK retailers
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• A passion for innovation and delivering market-leading products
• This role would suit a Senior NPD Technologist, looking to step up.
