My client, a growing force in the HVAC engineering and maintenance sector, is on the hunt for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive its ambitious growth toward a £10 million revenue target. My client needs an experienced and highly motivated professional with a proven track record in selling facilities maintenance service contracts, ideally within the HVAC market. You’ll be empowered to shape your role and influence the direction of the business as you grow new revenue streams and help build the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business and securing service maintenance contracts with high-value clients.
  • Leveraging your own already established network to open doors and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Reporting directly to the MD, with autonomy and responsibility from day one.
  • Managing your own CRM/admin and attending relevant networking events.
  • Supporting a junior team member by feeding in new leads (as applicable).

Ideal Experience:

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in business development/sales, specifically in FM or HVAC service contracts.
  • A strong network (“black book”) of relevant industry contacts.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and drive results.

  • Experience working in or alongside FM providers, manufacturers or engineering contractors.
