As our Assistant Bars Manager, you will receive:
- Salary: Up to £45,000 inclusive of TRONC

- Will have experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation and will assist Bars Manager
- Will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team
- Will know mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
- Inspire others: you lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service.
- Will be used to manage a busy bar environment
- Will create and implement new designs for cocktails
- Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
- Have previous experience as an Assistant Bars Manager in a hotel's Bars
