We're working with a busy, fast-paced charity who are looking to bring in an experienced Recruitment & L&D Administrator on a 3-month temporary basis to support a peak period of activity.
Location: Glasgow - hybrid working (minimum 1 day in the office) β on-site parking available
Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday
Rate: Β£13.33 per hour
Start date: 8th July (TBC)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment admin: CV screening, interview scheduling, offer letters
- Reference checks and compliance documentation
- Supporting L&D function: uploading courses and training data to internal systems
- General admin duties to support a busy HR team
