We are hiring a Global Spare Parts and Consumables Manager to lead the definition, development, pricing, and commercialisation of our spares and consumables portfolio across all product lines. This high impact, strategic role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on delivering aftermarket growth, creating new revenue streams, and enhancing customer experience in a global B2B/B2G environment.
What you’ll do:
- Drive global commercial strategy for spare parts and consumables in partnership with regional sales, marketing, and service teams.
- Analyse global markets and internal data to develop pricing strategies that balance revenue, margin, and market share.
- Launch innovative spares and consumables offerings aligned with product lifecycle management and aftermarket growth.
- Oversee global price management, ensuring systems (SAP, ServiceMax) are accurate, and supporting tools and collateral are up-to-date.
- Deliver strategic projects focused on increasing profitability, customer satisfaction, and service competitiveness.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to address underperforming categories and identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with external price control regulations and internal reporting standards.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven background in spare parts management or aftermarket sales within an OEM environment.
- Graduate qualification in business or a technical discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of global aftermarket operations, pricing methodologies, and ERP systems (SAP essential).
- Commercial and strategic acumen with experience in developing and executing business plans.
- Hands-on approach with a track record of innovation and delivering new service or parts offerings to market.
- Experience in managing multi-region product portfolios and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
