We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative (AM SHIFT), based at our Wolverton site (MK12 5PT). The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, working the following shift patterns: 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00, with possible overtime. This is a Full-Time permanent position offering a salary of £30,997.79.
As a Warehouse Operative you will support the effective running of the warehouse operation in a multitude of tasks, including loading and unloading and operating a forklift truck.

- Safely load and unload products onto trailers, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure all goods are handled in the correct manner to ensure that damage is kept to a minimum.
- Complete relevant paperwork for loading and unloading activities.
- Carry out any other reasonable requests to support the effective running of the warehouse.
- Operating material handling equipment (MHE) to support operational processes.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, taking appropriate action where procedures are not being adhered to or could be improved.
- Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedure, taking appropriate action to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Ensure any concerns, issues or variances to instructions are immediately communicated to your line manager to allow appropriate action to be taken at the earliest opportunity.
- FLT licence counterbalance and Reach – with experience of clamp work.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous WMS – SCALE knowledge advantageous.
