This position is pivotal in managing a portfolio of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering value across the organization. As the Head of Finance Transformation Projects, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, foster innovation, and shape the future of business processes. Location: 2/3 days in West London

Salary: £150,000 – 180,000 + Bonus

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience leading a project transformation or similar function within a global organization.
• Extensive expertise in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and programs.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience working with offshore teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
• Experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transformation projects strategies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of project managers and coordinators.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization across projects.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
• Act as a final point of escalation for project-related issues.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.
