Transformation Consultant

We are supporting an international professional services organisation in their search for a Transformation Consultant (Process Mapping) on a 12 month FTC with the potential to become permanent. The role will be on a hybrid working model with the individual required to be in the office 3 days a week.

The organisation are going through an exciting period of change and are building an internal transformation team to ensure improvements across the organisation. The team provides support to the organisation, across a range of capabilities such as operating models (functional), service model (member facing), complex transformation programmes, business analysis and change management.

The organisation are looking for an individual with:

• 5+ years consulting experience
• Extensive process mapping experience
• Requirements gathering experience
• An ability to support development of a Controls Framework

Responsibilities for the individual:

• Lead the development of process maps across all functions
• Build positive relationships with senior leaders in the organisation;
• Influence the agenda for the team through innovative ideas
